Çok yazarlı bildirilerde sadece kayıt yaptıran yazar için katılım belgesi düzenlenmektedir. Katılım belgesi almak isteyen tüm yazarların kongreye kayıt olması gerekmektedir.

BE CAREFUL WITH MULTI-AUTHOR PAPERS

In multi-author papers, a certificate of participation is issued only for the registered author. All authors who want to receive a certificate of participation must register for the congress.

  • • Bildiri özetleri 12 punto, Times New Roman yazı tipi kullanılarak, tek satır aralığı ile ve iki yana yaslanmış olarak yazılmalıdır Abstracts should be written in 12 font size, Times New Roman font, single-spaced and justified
  • Özet metni 250-300 kelime arasında olmalıdır. The abstract text should be between 250-300 words.
  • Bildiri özeti hem Türkçe hem İngilizce olarak hazırlanmalıdır - The abstract should be prepared in both Turkish and English
  • Bildiri başlığı, BÜYÜK HARFLERLE, Times New Roman yazı tipinde, 12 punto büyüklüğünde ve kalın yazılmalıdır The title of the paper should be written in CAPITAL LETTERS, Times New Roman font, 12 point size and bold
  • Başlığın altında, Times New Roman yazı tipinde, 12 punto büyüklüğünde ve italic karakterlerle yazar(lar)ın ad-soyadları yazılmalıdır Under the title, the name(s) of the author(s) should be written in Times New Roman font, 12 point size and italic characters

Yukarıda belirtilen yazım kurallarına göre hazırlanan Bildiri Özeti "word” dosya olarak en geç 4 Mayıs 2025 günü saat 17:00’a kadar kayit@siddetianlamak.org adresine konu kısmına “Tam Metin – İsim Soyisim – Bildiri Adı” yazılarak e-posta yolu ile gönderilmelidir. Abstracts prepared according to the above-mentioned spelling rules should be sent as a ‘word’ file to kayit@siddetianlamak.org by writing ‘Abstract - Name Surname - Title of the Paper’ in the subject line until 4 May 2025 at 17:00 at the latest.

FULL PAPER WRITING RULES
  • Bildiri Başlığı ilk sayfada BÜYÜK harflerle, Arial yazı tipinde 12 punto büyüklüğünde yazılmalı Title of the paper on the first page, in CAPITAL letters, in Arial font, 12 should be written in font size
  • Başlığın altında Arial yazı tipinde 12 büyüklüğünde, italic karakterlerle yazar(lar)ın ad-soyadları yazılmalı. Yazar(lar)ın adının yanında, unvanı, kurum bilgisi, ORCID ID no.su, e-posta adresi yazılmalı Under the title, the name(s) of the author(s) should be written in Arial font, size 12, italic characters. Next to the name of the author(s), title, institutional information, ORCID ID no., e-mail address should be written
  • İkinci sayfada Türkçe bildiri özeti ve anahtar kelimeler (3-5 adet) yazılmalı. Çok isimli yazarlarda yazar adları alt alta yazılmalı. (Arial 12) Turkish abstract and keywords (3-5) should be written on the second page. Too many for named authors, author names should be written below each other (Arial 12)
  • Üçüncü sayfa İngilizce bildiri özeti (abstract) ve keywords (3-5 adet) yazılmalı (Arial 12) Third page English abstract and keywords (3-5 pieces) should be written (Arial 12)
  • Tam bildiri metni özet kısmı hariç 2.500 - 6.000 kelime olmalı Full paper text should be 2.500 - 6.000 words excluding the abstract
  • Bildiri tam metni Arial yazı tipinde 12 punto ile yazılmalı The full text of the paper should be written in Arial font in 12 pt
  • Akademik yazı stiline uygun olmalı. Giriş-tanım metodoloji-bulgu-sonuç-kaynakça gibi kısımları içermeli, günlük dilden uzak olmalı ve akademik bir yapıda olmalı. It should conform to academic writing style. It should include sections such as introduction-definition-methodology-findings-results-citation, should be far from everyday language and should have an academic structure.
  • APA atıf yöntemi (parantez içi atıf) kullanılmalı (bilgi için: https://apastyle.apa.org/ ) APA citation method (parenthetical citation) should be used (for information: https://apastyle.apa.org/ )
  • Satır aralığı 1.15 olmalı Line spacing should be 1.15
  • Sayfa kenar boşlukları üstten, alttan, sağdan ve soldan 2.5 cm olmalı. Page margins should be 2.5 cm from top, bottom, right and left.
  • Bildiri tam metni “İki yana yasla” şeklinde yazılmalı. The full text of the manifesto should read "Lean to one side".
  • Yazı dili İngilizce veya Türkçe olabilir. The language of writing can be English or Turkish.
